MC Nylon is made by the polymerization and molding of the nylon monomer primary material under atmospheric pressure. Material MC Nylon has improved nylon characteristics that are not found in injection molding and extrusion-molded products.

MC Nylon is a product made by mixing caprolactam, a raw material of NYLON 6, with a catalyst and polymerized and molded under atmospheric pressure.

It is chemically same as NYLON 6, but it has high molecular weight and crystallinity and excellent properties such as mechanical properties, self-lubricating, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Due to these outstanding features, it is an excellent material that can be used to replace metal parts in various industries.
