FLEXITALLIC Group

- Since its foundation in 1912, Flexitallic continues to be the sealing company that industry innovators look to when choosing products and materials to be used in the development and implementation of new technologies.

- In 1912, Flexitallic Gasket Company was formed in Camden, New Jersey by German immigrant Mr. Henry Bohmer. Driven by the industry's need for an improved, safe, and effective sealing solution for increasingly demanding applications, Flexitallic invented the spiral wound gasket.

- Flexitallic was born through the revolutionary invention of the Spiral Wound Gasket in Trenton, New Jersey. It was developed for use in marine steam engines that were notorious for low efficiency and poor transference of power to speed. Overnight the use of the Spiral Wound Gasket released the energy of these engines and increased the efficiency and speed of marine vessels.

- Similar proactive innovations and inventions by Flexitallic have made huge contributions to increased effectiveness of energy and our Earths resources together with reducing pollution and impact on the environment.

- SF2400 : Flexitallic SF2400 is a general purpose aramid-fiber based sheet sealing material bound with high quality nitrile rubber.

- SF2401 : Flexitallic SF2401 is an aramid fiber sheet based sheet sealing material bound with a high-quality nitrile rubber.

- SF2420 : SF2420 is an SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) based, asbestos-free sheet sealing material reinforced with synthetic fibres.

- SF2440 : Flexitallic SF2440 is a polychloroprene (Neoprene) rubber-based, asbestos-free sheet sealing material reinforced with aramid fibers.

- SF2500 : Flexitallic SF2500 is an acid resistant calendered sheet sealing material reinforced with a blend of organic and inorganic fibers and bound in a specially formulated synthetic rubber binder matrix.

- SF2800 : Flexitallic SF2800 is an aramid fiber based sheet sealing material bound with a high-quality nitrile rubber.

- SF3100 : Flexitallic SF3100 is a general-purpose aramid fibre based sheet sealing material bound with high-quality nitrile rubber.

- SF3300 : Flexitallic SF3300 is a superior performance aramid/inorganic fiber sheet sealing material bound with a high-quality nitrile rubber.

- SF3500 : Flexitallic SF3300 is a superior performance aramid/inorganic fiber sheet sealing material bound with a high-quality nitrile rubber.

- SF4300 : Flexitallic SF4300 is a premium compressed sheet gasket material based on a blend of organic and glass fibers, bound with a high-quality rubber binder.

- SF5000 : Flexitallic SF5000 is a premium grade sheet gasket material reinforced with carbon and aramid fiber bound with high-quality nitrile (NBR) rubber.

- SF5001 : Flexitallic SF5001 is an NBR based, asbestos-free sheet sealing material, reinforced with synthetic fibers and graphite flake.

- Flexicarb® LS :  is a high purity graphite laminate sheet made with homogeneous graphite foil and no reinforcement.

- Flexicarb® NR :  is a high purity graphite laminate reinforced with a stainless steel core.

- Flexicarb® RGS1 : is a high purity graphite laminate sheet with a Nickel foil reinforcement with low Sulphur and Chloride content.

- Flexicarb® RGS3 : is a high purity graphite laminate reinforced with a tanged stainless steel core.

- Flexicarb® SR : is a high purity graphite laminate reinforced with a foil stainless steel core.

- Flexicarb® ST : is a high purity graphite laminate sheet with a tanged stainless steel core.

• ISOLATION KIT

- ISOFLEX™-LT : is a flange isolation gasket, which is less susceptible to localised flange damage and seals better than inclined plane style gaskets.

- ISOFLEX™-FS : is a fire safe isolation gasket that is ideal for high pressure and critical service applications, and is aimed at eliminating the concerns and pitfalls of existing market offerings.

- The ISOPRO-IP : is a flange isolation gasket utilizing NEMA grade glass reinforced epoxy (GRE), machine-grooved with a recess and inclined plane & containing a soft sealing element.

- ISO-PRO NEO : is a neoprene based sheet sealing material.

- ISO-PRO NFP : is a flange isolation gasket made with a phenolic core and nitrile facings.

- Thermiculite® 845 Flexpro™ Kammprofile : Thermiculite® 845 is a high temperature facing material for Flexpro™ kammprofile gaskets.

- Custom Shaped Kammprofile - PTFE Filler: Flexitallic engineers can carry out a review of your current sealing issue and offer a proven bespoke solution, with PTFE Filler.

- Style PN Flexpro™ : Kammprofile is used in confined locations, including male and female, tongue and groove and/or recessed flange arrangements, with Graphite Filler.

- Style ZA Flexpro™ : Kammprofile has a loose fitting outer location ring which is often preferred where flange differential radial thermal expansion may be encountered with Graphite Filler.

- Style ZA Flexpro™ : Kammprofile has a loose fitting outer location ring which is often preferred where flange differential radial thermal expansion may be encountered with PTFE Filler.

- Style ZG Flexpro™ : Kammprofile utilises an integral outer locating ring for correct gasket positioning within the mating flange bolt circle, with Graphite Filler.

- Style 625: Style 625 for clamp-type and other non-standard flange assemblies.

- Style CGI – Low Emission : Spiral Wound Gasket Low Emission has been engineered to exceed stringent oil and gas industry fugitive emissions requirements, such as those found in the Chevron Fugitive Emission Test (CFET March 2013), with Flexible Graphite filler material.

- Style CGI – PTFE Filler : Spiral Wound Gasket Style CG with internal ring for an additional compression limiting stop, with PTFE filler material.
