PEEK Plastic - PEEK Material
What is PEEK Plastic?
Virgin Peek plastic has name Vietnamese is Nhựa PEEK, and with name' PolyEther Ether Ketone (PEEK), it is a strong and stiff material that is used in applications that require great performance at elevated temperature ranges.
Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a colourless organic thermoplastic polymer in the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family, used in engineering applications.
Technical PEEK Plastic
Excellent high temperature performance
Chemical and wear resistance
Biocompatible
It has a tensile strength of 90 to 100 MPa
Size peek rod: 1000mm length
Size peek sheet: 1000 x 1000mm
It melts at around 343°C (higher than the melting point of PTFE or PPS)and can be used in high continuous service temperature at 260°C.
Highly resistant to thermal degradation as well as attack by both organic and aqueous environments PEEK is inherently pur.
