PEEK RODS
PEEK rod is a high performance engineering material widely used across multiple industries due to its exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. High Performance Polymer supplies PEEK rods in a broad range of dimensions, with standard lengths of 1000 mm and diameters from 5 mm to 300 mm to meet diverse industrial requirements.
Available grades include:
- PEEK 450G: General purpose grade offering balanced mechanical and thermal properties.
- PEEK GF30: Glass fiber reinforced grade designed to provide increased stiffness and improved structural strength.
To support specialized applications, custom cut-to-size PEEK rods are also available. If a required dimension is not listed, PEEK rods can be manufactured according to exact customer specifications.
