- Silicone rubber gaskets are often used in external environments due to the elastomers excellent resistance to ozone, weathering and oxidation. Specific grades such as red oxide and 30° blue carry WRAS approval and are suitable for use with potable water at temperatures up to +85°C. We also offer a range of silicone rubber gaskets in a variety of colours that comply to the latest FDA food contact regulations. Alternatively, we can supply metal detectable silicone gaskets to help reduce the risk of product contamination.
