What is PTFE Product

The exceptional strength of the carbon-fluorine bond and a high molecular weight give PolyTetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE), a set of outstanding properties. Such properties include wide temperature use range of -180°C to +250°C. PTFE is resistant to virtually all corrosive chemicals and is suitable for almost all chemicals with the exception of fluorine, some fluorochemicals and molten alkali metals. The material is also recognised as remarkable in its resistance to flame. It is classified as a non-flammable material in air.

- Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO4, SiO2, glass bead, polyamide.
- PTFE has excellent properties and is widely used in industrial sealing, electronics, chemical and other fields. VINDEC provides a wide range of PTFE plates, rods, tubes, case and CNC machining products.

Stainless Steel Filled PTFE is extremely hard wearing, has excellent strength and stability under extreme loads and elevated temperatures whilst still retaining the low coefficient of friction of conventional PTFE. It is an extremely versatile product and can be used on steam and thermal Fluid applications.
