DESCRIPTION

Corrugated Graphite Tape–It cut from pure graphite roll by exact lathe, and then press it with corrugated profile by special calender. It is corrugated graphite tape with self-adhesive coating.With corrosion inhibitor, are also available on request.

CONSTRUCTION:

Expanded Graphite Tape: It cut from pure graphite roll by exact lathe, normal for filler of spiral wound gaskets and die-formed graphite ring, with adhesive coating, it is easy to assemble.

APPLICATION:

Designed for use as packing, just with wrapping tape to stem or shaft, and then stuffing, endless packing can be formed. It’s easily installed for small diameter valves, and can also be used for emergencies when spare packings are not available.
It can handle hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas, ammonia, organic solvents and so on.

TEMPERATURE

-240~500°C under oxidizing environment

-240~3500°C under non-oxidizing environment
