PTFE GLAND PACKING

PTFE Gland Packing is a high-performance compression sealing material manufactured from 100% expanded PTFE fibers or braided PTFE yarns designed for dynamic and static sealing applications. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is widely recognized for its exceptional chemical resistance, low friction coefficient, thermal stability, and non-contaminating characteristics.

PTFE gland packing is commonly braided into square or interlock constructions and may be impregnated with silicone oil, graphite, lubricants, or special additives to improve heat dissipation and operational life.

Due to its excellent chemical compatibility and clean sealing properties, PTFE Gland Packing is extensively used in chemical processing, food production, pharmaceutical systems, pumps, valves, and industrial process equipment.
