Ceramic Fiber Boards
- Ceramic fiber boards are composed of ceramic fibers with combination of organic and inorganic binders. Due to its unique outstanding features, it can be used safely against naked flame.
- The wide range of available densities and thicknesses allow for the most effective deployment of the superior thermal characteristics in a wide variety of applications.
- Ceramic fiber board uses non-brittle material, therefore it has good tenacity, high compressive strength, good flatness and mechanical process ability. Temperature is 1050°C, 1260°C, 1430°C and it is the ideal material for wall liner and back lining of the heating equipment.
Characteristics of Ceramic Fiber Boards
- Flat surface Equal volumetric weight and thickness
- Excellent mechanical and structure strength
- Low thermal conductivity and low shrinkage
- Air-current resistant washing
- Temperature Range : 1260 Deg.C to 1430 Deg.C
Typical application of Ceramic Fiber Boards
Heat insulation for back lining of high temperature industrial furnace Heat surface lining materials for porcelain furnace, heat treatment furnace of mechanical and metallurgy and other industrial furnaces.
